The symptom I suffered from is insomnia. I had a hard time falling asleep at night and I keep waking up. When I told my friend about my symptom, he told me about these trials, which were perfect for me. After that, I started attending the venue every day, and as I participated in the trials, I gradually became able to sleep better at night. I stopped waking up in the middle of the night.
