We appropriately manage the personal information entrusted to us by customers as well as autonomously collected personal information according to the following policy.
- We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and its Order for Enforcement as well as the “Guidelines Targeting Economic and Industrial Sectors” from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
- We are entrusted with customer information or collect it autonomously for the purpose of transactions with customers and for provision and guidance related to our services, and we use this personal information within the scope of these purposes.
- We strive to prevent dangers such as illegal intrusion, falsification and leakage of personal information by taking strict security measures regarding the personal information stored within our personal information database in order to carefully control and protect customer personal information.
- We occasionally consign personal information entrusted to us from customers to external agencies. When consigning information, we conduct proper management by taking the necessary measures to prevent leakage, falsification, illegal access, etc. such as concluding nondisclosure agreements and contracts for the security of personal information as well as conducting inspections of the status of implementation of safety control measures.
- We conduct education and training for employees so that customer personal information is properly handled, and in addition to inspections to ensure appropriate handling, we also review and revise our privacy policy and related regulations as necessary.
- We respect the customer’s will in cases of requests or inquiries from customers for the disclosure, correction, suspension of use and deletion of one’s own personal information, and we take the necessary measures within a reasonable scope.
